I get in the water with you. This allows me to see your technique up close, correct you immediately and explain exactly what your body needs to do for an efficient, relaxed stroke.

Personal plan

you’ll receive technical drills and clear focus points that match your level and goals — concrete steps you can apply right away in your own training sessions.

Combine with nutrition

If you want, you can combine the session with advice on energy, recovery and nutrition around your workouts, so you feel progress faster in the water and beyond.

Private lessons are given at the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium in Eindhoven.

Prices are per session  60 minutes including a debrief.
Package prices are available when booking multiple sessions.

For all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced triathlete, the program is fully tailored to your starting point and goals.

A swimsuit, swim cap and goggles. Any additional materials will be provided by Maud if needed.

Yes. For women who also want to work on energy, recovery and nutrition, combining swim coaching with 1‑on‑1 coaching or the 3‑month program is a logical next step.
