Coaching

3 month coaching

 I only work with a 3‑month program. Real change takes time. Your body, your energy and your habits need at least 12 weeks to recover, strengthen and stabilise. That’s why I don’t offer single sessions  only programs that deliver real results.
 
The program includes:
  • Intake + personal plan
  • 3 follow‑up consultations
  • Weekly check-ins
  • WhatsApp support
  • Training and nutrition guidelines tailored to your life, cycle and goals
