BIO
My first journey and my biggest dream began in the world of elite sports.
For years I stood behind the blocks at major international championships and won multiple European and world titles.
At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, our 4x100m freestyle relay finished just off the podium, in fourth place.
At 26, I combined the intensity of elite sport with motherhood.
Nine months after my son was born, I was back in top shape, standing on the starting block again and reclaiming my spot on the relay team.
At the end of 2020, I consciously closed the chapter of my professional swimming career. Today, I use that experience as a performance nutrition coach.
I help women build optimal health so they can live and perform at their highest level in sport, work, and daily life. You might already feel good, but my mission is simple: to help you feel even better.

I always found it really difficult to eat in a balanced way. I was basically under‑eating all the time, which meant I would reach for snacks in the evening. I was really missing the structure to eat well.
I’ve worked with a dietitian before, but I never got the tools I was actually looking for.
The coaching has mainly given me clarity about what and how much you need in a day. It brought so much more structure and also more variety into my eating. And it taught me that things don’t have to be perfect — because that’s simply not realistic.
And the sessions are very open and enjoyable; sometimes we even talk about completely different things!

If only I had known then what I know now…
As a young athlete, I thought health was mostly about training, eating, and discipline. I had no idea that everything I felt the dips, the slow recovery, the unexplained fatigue started at the cellular level.
I didn’t know my cells were struggling to produce energy efficiently. I didn’t know that stress, sleep, nutrient timing and hormones directly influence how well your mitochondria function. I didn’t know that your performance collapses the moment your cells burn out, no matter how hard you train.
