Hi, I'am Maud van der Meer
At the end of 2020, I intentionally closed the chapter of my professional swimming career. Today, I use that experience in my work as a performance nutrition coach.

No. My coaching is specifically designed for women who demand a lot from themselves — in sport, work, or daily life. You don’t need to compete to want high‑performance results
