Is this only for athletes?
No. My coaching is specifically designed for women who demand a lot from themselves in sport, work, or daily life. You don’t need to compete to want high‑performance results
I already worked with a dietitian. Does coaching still make sense then.
Yes. Many women come to me after already working with a dietitian.

With me, it’s not about rules — it’s about understanding what your body needs, and how to apply that in a practical way that fits your rhythm, your work, your family, and your training.
How quickly will I see results?

Do you work fully online?
Yes. Coaching, check‑ins and coaching is online.
Is this suitable even if I don’t do sports competitions?
Absolutely. For me, performance means having a body that works with you instead of against you. Whether you’re training for an event, living a busy life, or simply want to function better, this program is for you.
